Holiday & weekends
Children aged 8+ are invited to come and help feed and muck out the animals during the holidays and at weekends. They must get here for 9am. On their first visit they will be asked to fill out a form with contact details and can stay until midday. After this they can visit as often as they like to help us and join in with farmlife.
A series of activities are on offer on Sundays and during the holidays from 2 to 4pm (detailed timetable available nearer the time). Examples of creative activities include felt making, recycled art, photography, games etc. All ages welcome.
PARTY BOOKINGS
The Farm has a fantastic space to rent out for children's parties. Slots are available between 2pm to 4pm Saturday's and Sunday's. Hire includes the use of the kitchen and classroom. The cost of the hire is £50 plus a returnable £50 deposit. You are responsible for cleaning and mopping the area and to leave it as you find it.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not feed the animals, your ham sandwich could kill them. Party groups are advised to tour the farm before the party starts and please ensure your children do not run in and out of the building during the party as other people are using it as well. All children under 8 must be supervised when on the farm. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILDREN WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE EATING.
